Lillies, Lillies....Lolly Lillies, Cala Lillies.

"Cala lily" originated its name from a Greek word for “beautiful." The white Cala lily is actually a modified funnel shaped leaf also known as spathe. It is a most unusual flower. I had always wished to paint more of lilies.


This is my first lily painting. I love the background and the showcase of this flower.


It shows my emotions entangled with beauty all over. My face lights up every time I see this flower grow in my small backyard. My whole day stress is released as soon as I see it.
